Arise Enters into a Multi-year Agreement for CX Solutions with a Major Financial Services Provider

March 11, 2025 — Miami, FLArise, a pioneer and leader for Gig solutions, announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with a global Financial Services company.  As part of the agreement, the client will leverage CX professionals utilizing the Arise® Platform to connect with customers across a variety of geographies and languages.

Arise operates a two-sided marketplace with its digitally native Arise® Platform centered in between leading brands and a vast network of work from home entrepreneurs.  Under the terms of the agreement, omnichannel customer service inquiries for their financial product portfolio will be managed via the highly secure Arise® Platform in the US, with plans to expand globally in the near term. 

The Arise® Platform will provide critical support for the contact volume surges that come with the payment solution’s concurrent marketing campaigns, ensuring that all customers and potential customers receive timely attention.
