Meet our leadership team
Mohit Thukral
As a global leader, with a passion for driving innovation and exceptional results, and now CEO of Arise, I get to deliver on that passion every day! At Arise, we provide an unassailable and unique servicing model that empowers people to work on their own terms and provides customers with a highly flexible and high quality servicing solution.
My proudest moments throughout my career have been those of developing future leaders and leaving a lasting positive impact at the organizations I have been a part of.
As Founder and Managing Partner of Vivtera, a global business transformation firm backed by leading private equity firm Warburg Pincus, I have also leveraged my more than two decades of leadership and growth experience to partner with fast-growth technology, healthcare, and financial services companies to build their competitive edge. During my time as an Executive Officer at Genpact, I played a key role in shaping the company’s global business operations and corporate strategy by building its Financial Services and Healthcare vertical.
Prior to my role at Arise, I served on the board of NASSCOM Foundation, which helps create sustainable and equitable impact; and was an elected member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, where I had spearheaded the ‘FutureSkills’ task force to re-skill and up-skill talent.
I have a bachelor’s degree in economics and completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, I serve on the Global Corporate Advisory Board of edX.org and am a Founder and Trustee of Plaksha University, a collective philanthropic effort to create future tech leaders.
Outside of work, I spend time mentoring entrepreneurs and am an avid traveler and philanthropist.
